Look, a blog!

I started this blog…

1. To keep out-of-town family and friends up-to-date on what’s going on in our lives.

2.  To help me remember all those “I need to write that down before I forget about it” kid moments that I inevitably forget to write down and/or tell anyone.

Because our lives are not particularly interesting to anyone but us, and because I seem to be physically incapable of writing more than a few sentences without using some kind of funny-nosed emoticon  ;c)  (see!!) this will probably not be the most wonderful blog in the world.  But you should read it anyway, because…

A) I have absolutely adorable children who do absolutely adorable things that I simply must share with the world  ;c)  (there go the emoticons again!), and

B) I said you should, and I’m the Mom.
