Yesterday Donovan made up his first knock-knock joke. Never mind the fact that it’s not actually a joke - he thinks it’s absolutely hysterical and launches into massive giggles every time he tells it!
-Knock Knock!
-Who’s there?
-Banana!
-Banana who?
-Banana is…a kind of FRUIT!!
What a cool idea! I don’t know how to make a blog, but I will try to blog back whenever I can. . . This will be great to read the cute kid stories! Thanks!

LoL - I love Donovan’s joke. David and I still joke about his existential crisis that you told us about. “Donovan’s a boy and Betsy’s a girl…Donovan’s a kid and Betsy’s a kid….then I’m Betsy?” Good idea with the blog … keep the joke’s coming!

What a great idea to start the blog. I can’t wait to stay tuned in to the happenings in the Smith house. I can appreciate your desire to show off the kids. They are great kids, cute and adorable, if I do say so myself. Of course, I’m not a biased grandpa or anything. By the way, I thought Donovan’s joke was hilarious
